Thanks to all who replied,
Jim Lola
Nick Hill
Bill Kirk
Joe Fletcher
Werner Rost
Rochelle Lauer
Bryan Lavelle
Stan Horowitz
Dr Thomas Blinn
Larry Clegg

They all pointed out that they are found on the "Compaq Tru64 UNIX Software
Product Library" (formerly "layered products").

Special thanks to those who offered to send me their copy, but I do have it
and found the product sets I need on Disk1.

According to Pat Lampert, the Fortran compiler can be downloaded from
ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/products/fortran/Tru64/.

Although I think I'll use the CD since I have it.

Thanks again!

UNIX is very user friendly, It's just very particular about who it makes
friends with.
