AS2100/SWXCR drive replacement

Managers:

I have a failed drive in an Alpha 2100 running DU 4.0D. It's on an internal
shelf connected to an EISA 3-channel SWXCR controller. This is clearly a
case of RTFM, but, alas, TFM has long since disappeared. How do I replace
the drive? It's half of a RAID 1 set, so there's no data loss (yet).

I have a floppy with swxcrmgr.exe, and vague recollections of shutting down
to SRM, switching to ARC, and loading up swxcrmgr.exe. Beyond that, I have
no idea how to proceed. I've scoured the list archives & compaq.com, and it
looks like I should have some GUI utility (swxcrmgr111?) to do this without
shutting down, but it doesn't appear to be installed here.

Thanks,
Joseph
