How to change password length in enhanced security

Tru64 Managers:

I have enabled Enhanced Security. How/where do I change the required
password length? (We want to change it to "8" -- it is set by default to
"9"

I looked in: /etc/auth/system/default but don't see a reference to the
password length.


Environment: Tru64 5.1 patch 3; TruCluster 5.1; ES40 hardware
