hardware stress test

Hello all,
I need to stress test a GS160 hardware ( CPU's ) does anyone have a script
or freeware site that might have what I need. Managment is on edge going
to this new system since we had 2 CPU failures and a QBB power failure and
the hardware is only 4 weeks old.

If your script tests more then CPU's thats great I like to test as much as
I can.
