Hi,

Again I was caught out. The DS20E supports the KZPAC-CB but the KZPAC-CB
does not fully support the 4314T Storage works tower. Specifically it does
not support
(a) scsi addresses > 7
(b) scsi3 bus speeds.
However it would appear that there are people out there with the combination
DS20E/KZPAC-CB/4314T (Thomas, Douglas L. [dthomas_at_glgt.com]).

I don't know the full details as yet, but I believe you can get your 4314T
delivered with a split back-plane. In that configuration I would expect you
would have 2 sets of scsi addresses 0-6 rather than one set of addresses
0-13. Using the split backplane and a 3 channel raid controller should work
well. At a latter stage, I should be able to upgrade the raid controller to
one that can handle scsi3 bus speeds.
