upgrading from Tru64 4.0F to 5.1

Hi there
I wish to upgrade 6 servers from 4.0F to 5.1. What is the best / most
hassle-free path to this upgrade? ie do I upgrade to 4.0g and then to 5.1 or
to 5.0a to 5.1?
