Thank you to all who responded;
Most people pointed to the last openssh packet, or ssh 1.X
as running under enhanced security.
I wanted a sshd2 version and had already built the ssh-3.0.0 version
from ssh Communication Inc. which worked only on base security for me
and caused my trouble ticket to this group.
Meg Williams (Compaq) hit the nail by telling me that the ssh-2.4.0 version
worked for them; which led me to think about my 3.0 installation and my
failure was,
to make static linked binaries. I intended to have a library-independent
version in case
when network access (for my purpose /usr/local/lib/libxxx is distributed) is
not available.
This does not work with SIA.
Many regards and thank you again for your help,
Rudi Gabler
