Ok, getting some good responses so far, just want to clear one thing up. I realize I forgot to mention that it is the 10/100 card that is acting up. The gigabit network is working just fine (it was never modified during the network changes). Also most people are saying it's probably the fact that the cards are autonegotiating. I will try to set a fixed speed and duplex and see how that works...
