Attaching non-Compaq disk array to Alpha 1000

Hi I have a HP Storage Enclusure disk array detached froma HP 9000 server
which would be more usefully attached to one of our TRu64 alpha boxes -- an
Alpha 1000 at this stage. Is this feasible? Anybody done similar ? Thanks
