Sorry for not furnishing all the required details as
some of u pointed out.
Well the OS loaded is Tru64 UNIX V5.1.
The parameters required to be increased r datasize and
stacksize.

I have installed a new ES40 system.
My shell is csh for root login.
when i execute the LIMIT command i get the following
output,
# limit
cputime unlimited
filesize unlimited
datasize 131072 kbytes
stacksize 8192 kbytes
coredumpsize unlimited
memoryuse 4100960 kbytes
descriptors 4096 files
addressspace 4194304 kbytes
There is a requirement to change these parameters
permanently.
Please help me out.
