Hi,
Here I am facing a problem while sending japanese characters to my
application(confirm input)
platform: Tru64Unix, XP1000 workstation.
Infact Our application is build upon the dictionary of "jajpsjis"
Even though I am able do conversion of english characters to japanese in our
application,After that If I press "return" key
the characters are vanishing.I am not able to send it to our
application/save it.
The same one If I try to input in command prompt or any normal text editorin
my system,I am able retain the japanese characters after pressing return
key.
Please suggest me what could the actual cause of this problem.
Infact the locale which I am selecting is Japanese SJIS for CDE.
and default Input method which is coming in my system is of
"Over the spot" interaction style.
and Key sequence is jvms.I tried with other key sequences also.
Do you suggest shall I use root or on the spot interaction style.
I am trying for it...but not able to execute command dxcardfiler -xrm.
If this is the case,do also suggest where should I execute this command and
also when should I execute this command.
