Documentation for aio kernel parameters?

Can someone point me to where the Tru64 Unix kernel settings

aio_task_max_num

and

aio_max_percent

are documented?

Also it looks like there used to be a kernel setting called aio_max_num
which no longer exists in Tru64 Unix V5. If anyone happens to know if this
is true or not (and why?) that would be an unexpected bonus!
