Thanks to Bryan Lavelle which give me the solution!
dflssiz is a parameter in the system config file and you should NOT be
adjusting any parameter values in that file, you should make them in the
sysconfigtab file. The equivelent in sysconifigtab is per-proc-stack-size. Do
NOT adjust sysconfigtab by hand, create a stanza file (see man stanza) and then
use the sysconfigdb command to update. This way you don't have to rebuild your
kernel after adjusting those parameters, although a reboot would still be
necessary.
The command sysconfigdb -m -f <YourStanzaFileName> proc
