Thanks to Raul Sossa, for sugesting that I failed to set the access
permission on the LUN (set unit enable_access_path) after recreating the
LUN. Thanks to the others who suggested other things.
I'm still hoping for a workaround to allow a snapshot unit that is
smaller than the unit being shapshotted.
