Fix Packs and other bits for IBM OS/2. At this stage, only those versions of OS/2 that I have access to are covered. For more information on the complicated subject of installing what should be trivial updates, see this website. All updates listed here are the US-English versions.
A total of 17 fix packs were released, but the last two were sold as part of a subscription service. These last two fix packs (16 and 17) not listed below.
As OS/2 Fix Packs are cumulative, you only need to apply the latest (XR_M015). The rest are listed for completeness:

Despite what the name might imply, this is really a server version of OS/2 Warp 3. It was supported for a little longer than the regular OS/2 Warp 3 though, and so has a few extra fix packs that Warp 3 never got. The last, XR_W044, was not freely available.

XR_W043 | 18 October 2000 | ftp.zx.net.nz (https), service.boulder.ibm.com (ftp)

XR_W032 | 1 October 1997 | ftp.zx.net.nz (https), service.boulder.ibm.com (ftp)
XR_W026 | 18 November 1996 | ftp.zx.net.nz
XR_W022 | 6 August 1996 | ftp.zx.net.nz
Starting with Fix Pack XR_W041, device drivers are no longer included. To update those, apply one of the device driver fix packs.

40! Fix packs were released for OS/2 Warp 3. The only worthwhile one applying is Fixpack 40 (XR_W040), but some older ones are listed below for completeness.
These fix packs are all distributed as floppy disk images, which is probably the most painful way to install them. For a (very slighty) less painful option, download and transfer the following to your OS/2 machine:
To install a fixpack:
Fix Pack | Date | Link | Notes |
XR_W040 | 10 February 1999 | ftp.zx.net.nz (https), service.boulder.ibm.com (ftp) | Requires Corrective Service Facility F.140 or newer |
XR_W039 | RSU version: ftp.zx.net.nz (https), service.boulder.ibm.com (ftp)
XR_W032 | 1 October 1997 | ftp.zx.net.nz (https), service.boulder.ibm.com (ftp)
XR_W026 | 18 November 1996 | ftp.zx.net.nz
XR_W022 | 6 August 1996 | ftp.zx.net.nz
XR_W017 | 25 January 1996 | ftp.zx.net.nz
XR_W011 | 22 September 1995 | ftp.zx.net.nz (zip)
XR_W010 | 21 September 1995 | ftp.zx.net.nz
IBM Internet Connection (on the BonusPak CD) provides access to dial-up internet services. By default, it only supports SLIP connections. IBM later released an updated dialer which provides PPP support.
To get PPP support, grab PPP.ZIP, copy it to C:\TCPIP and unzip it in place overwriting any files that already exist. Infozip unzip should preserve directories, but if you're using some other utility (eg pkzip) make sure to tell it to preserve directories.
IBM Web Explorer isn't included as part of this version of IBM Internet Connection. It's not very good or compatible (it doesn't support the Host header), but it can do passive FTP which may be useful. If you want it: webxv11h.zip
For a more capable web browser, there is Netscape Communicator 4.6 which works fine on Warp 3 with IBM Internet Connection.
The latest Fix Pack is XR06200 (https: ftp.zx.net.nz, ftp: service.boulder.ibm.com) which is delivered images for 21 3.5" floppy disks. Another variant is available as 25 images for 5.25" floppy disks (https: ftp.zx.net.nz, ftp: service.boulder.ibm.com)
The latest Fix Pack is XR06100 (https: ftp.zx.net.nz, ftp: service.boulder.ibm.com) which is delivered images for 17 3.5" floppy disks. XR06055 was the previous fix pack.
There are (or were) certainly updates for OS/2 1.3, as my copy is the "Refresh Level 1.30.2" version which would imply it has at least two lots of updates rolled in. Based on old usenet posts, XR05150 would appear to be the upgrade to bring OS/2 1.3 up to the 1.30.2 version, but I can find no information on whether it was ever made available as a public download, nor any copies of it online.
TODO: Were any updates ever released for this?
