The DEC EtherWORKS Turbo (DE200) is a basic 16-bit ISA Ethernet NIC with 10BASE2 (BNC) and AUI interfaces. It's effectively a slightly newer 16-bit ISA version of the DE100, and is well-supported by virtually all network software.
Unlike a lot of newer cards, selection of the 10base2 port or the AUI port (for 10BASE5 or 10BASE-T via MAU/transciever) is controlled via the big blue jumper rather than software or auto-detection. So you'll want to make sure this is set correctly before you install the card, or make sure where you install the card makes accessing the jumper easy.
Cards sold by DEC should have a Network Boot ROM pre-installed, which can be enabled by turning switch SW6 to the OFF position. Switch SW7 controls the timeout period for attempting a network boot - OFF for 30 seconds, ON for 150 seconds. Network Boot ROMs supplied by DEC speak DECs Maintenance Operations Protocol (MOP), rather than anything common like RPL. DECs PathWorks product for OpenVMS should have all the bits to act as a host for network booting DOS machines with these cards.
For DOS, the EtherWORKS 2 driver: v2.01, diagnostics. All versions of Windows, NetWare, OS/2, etc, with network support will likely have the driver built-in (this is a rather old card).
