Digital PC 3500

Announced on 17 February 1998, this was the final PC launched by Digital with the sale of the entire company to Compaq closing in June and all Digital PC products discontinued by April 1999. It was available in 233, 266, 300 or 333MHz Pentium II variants with prices starting at US$1,380 (US$2,580 in 2023) for the 233MHz model. These were a member of the Digital PC 3000 value line and use the Intel 440LX chipset.

Integrated graphics is a 2MB Matrox Mistique 220 PCI, with an NLX form-factor AGP slot for optional high-performance graphics. My machine has a Compaq ATI Rage Pro installed along with a 12MB Voodoo 2, a Creative SoundBlaster 16 CT2970, and a Digital DE500 fast ethernet NIC.
