These are power supplies for StorageWorks shelves. I've got them in both Top Gun Blue for the newer DS-BA356 shelves, and Green for the older BA350 shelves.
The LED on the left is the SELF_OK LED; if it goes out it indicates that there is a problem with one or more of the shelves blowers or power supplies. The LED on the right closest to the power connector is the POWER_OK LED; if it goes out it indicates that PSU has failed.
I've got quite a few of these!

I also have two Compaq RAID controller cache battery canisters, part DS-HS35X-BD. They contain a pair of sealed lead-acid batteries. I expect the batteries in these are long dead and should probably be removed just in case they decide to leak someday.
