II Technical Support
Description:
Hardware Technical Assistance Center Support (HTACS) is designed for Compaqs
Authorized Service Providers and System Service Providers. HTACS provides the customers Certified Engineer or Technical
Assistance Center (TAC) with access to Compaqs Customer Support Center (CSC)
Level 2 technical resources to assist in problem diagnosis and resolution on
hardware products for which the CSC provides hardware support service.
Level 2 support
is provided by a Compaq Backline Hardware Technical Support resource who is
certified on Compaq hardware products. These
are the same resources who support the Compaq field engineers.

current list of COMPAQ hardware products which are eligible for support under
this Agreement are identified in the Compaq
Assisted Services Price List.
