Parts Depot
Description:
Spare Parts Depot Program allows all Authorized Service Providers (ASPs),
System Service Providers (SSPs) and Self Maintainers access to all depots
located in major metropolitan areas in the U.S. for the purpose of obtaining
critical spare parts for registered systems. The depots inventory critical spare parts for Compaq servers,
sub-systems, workstations and deskpros for availability within 4 hours of
placing an order.

menu of supported models / products.

is available in the Service Description, and is in the PAS/EAS
price list.

Depot
Menu: Products not on
the list may be supported. There is an E-mail process described to verify
products not on this list.
Application Kit or Forms: To qualify, a pre-requisite is enrollment in a
service partner program (ASP, SSP or Self Maintainer.) Depot registration is
then accomplished via the CSN account, and is performed at the device level.
