Thanks to many many people who replied on this one. I incorrectly stated my card. It was not a kzpsa, but a kzpsc-ux. I was able to get the correct software from:
http://www.asia-pacific.digital.com/windows/Products/download/servertools/SWMgrV42_web/swcc/swcc.htm
Then I booted to the triple prompt, ran an alphabios, selected the rc200rcu.exe program to run. I was able to config an old set of drives, but get an error initializing the new set. They already had a config of 3 mirrored drives on them, but now will not start up.
Is there any way to clear out any configs on a drive cabinet? I have no need for the data on there and would like to set the cabinet up as one big raid 5 volume

I have a Storage Shelf that was installed before I came to this employer configured with 3 drives and 3 mirrors. I want to just make one big simple volume of of all 6 drives. I can handle advfs utils and commands so that is not a problem, but what I am wondering is how you configure the actual hardware. I have updated the firmware on the box and the kzpsa card but am at a loss as to where to go next. I have downloaded the storage management software, but I cannot connect my windows box to the alpha to do any configs.
Ideas? Links to some documenation on how to do this? Is there a simple util that I can load to help me configure this?
Thanks,
Brian
