setld problem

All,
I am trying to remove a subset and get the following error



# setld -d TCRCONF150

        The Installation utility ./usr/sbin/clu_install does not exist.
setld: TCRCONF150, deletion declined by subset control program.
#


Any ideas on how to get around this?
