Question about NIS Slaves Maps

Does anyone know if I can build key system files from a standalone former NIS
slave?

For example, I have an NIS slave Unix box running 4.0D Tru64 and it is
disconnected from the network, virtually a standalone box. On the box are the
NIS map files under /var/yp/domainname/*.

I need passwd, group, hosts, networks, protocols, rpc files.
