Crash with "panic (cpu 0): closef: f_count not 1"

Hi, does anyone have any idea what this line in /var/adm/messages
means? Whatever it is, it caused our little AlphaServer 800 (DU
4.0E , ASE 1.6, pk3) to crash. No other messages in here or
other likely places to indicate the reason. Reboot and sverything
seems fine. 'biosta' is the hostname.
