3 recommended the Compaq Tru64 Developers' Toolkit Supplement (effectively
free):

unsure if it was available for Tru64 (it doesn't appear to be).
The requesting user tried the DTK tools without much luck in the past, so
we're probably going to evaluate Insure++; the original requester has since
left, but there are others working on the same project who need these tools.
