Hi there again managers!
Thanx to:
Nocola Milutinovic, Hoai Tran and Robert Casey.
Org. Question:
"Ive got a DS20, Tru64 4.0f, using poppassd (from ftp.digital.com) for
mail only (Eudora on Windows) users to change there password. If I enable
Enhanced Security this function disappears.
The question is, what do I have to do, in order to use Enhanced Security,
but still allow users to change the password through Eudora? "
The suggestions were:
A modified version of poppassd, provided by Robert. This is a great tool,
takes care of samba to. Unfortunatly this only works for 5-stream, not the
4-stream of Tru4.
Nocola and Hoai suggested I compiled the original one again, because it
needet to know the Enh. Sec. libraries....and of cause it worked!! (I am an
idiot, sorry).
Beside that I needed a new version of pop3/imap, but ftp.digital.com took
care of that.
Thanx a lot everyone.
