1000baseT for Alphas

This is more of a hardware question than Unix, but does anyone know if
there is, existing or planned, a 1000baseT NIC for current Alpha
systems (eg DS10 or XP1000) running Tru64? The copper-based nics seem
much less expensive than fibre, and I would guess should work ok for
the 5ft distance between server and switch.
