Secure Console (firmware level) for 2100

  I have just grabbed an old AlphaServer 2100 to install 4.0F on.
It was previously a NT server and someone had set the console
security on, and now, 4 years later, no one is here that knows the
password.
How does one unlock the console at the firmware level ??

Here is what I see:

P00>>>show dev
Console is secure. Please login.
P00>>>login
Please enter the password:
