Summary 415 V 3 Phase UK power connection on AS8400

many thanks to Colin Walters, John Welsh , and Joerg Bruehe for the
help with this. And thanks also to Simon Millard who reminds us that
3 phase isnt for playing with and should only be worked on by a
qualified electrician.

The correct wiring for UK ( and it seems the EC countries and
Austrialia). This has just been confirmed by Compaq too.

Green/Yellow EARTH
Brown Phase 1
Blue NEUTRAL
Black Phase 2
Black Phase 3

Intrestingly Compaq Support in the UK had to look at their own machine
to confirm the wiring. Seems that the power wiring it isnt documented
very well, but assumed that it is known.
