System Requirements: Only show the application on compatible computers.
I assume the disabled options are features that require the full ZENworks 2.0 product. All of the Files options (File existance, version, date) are also disabled.
Disk space requirements
Memory requirements
Operating System Requirements
CPU Requirements (386 - Pentium III)
Environment tab
Distribution tab. I guess this is for installing things on PCs? Perhaps automatically?
Folders! More on these later.

Associations. I guess this is who can see the application and it looks like you can control where it appears too (force run, app launcher, start menu, desktop, system tray)
Administrator Notes
Macros. Not sure what these are (a glance at the help button suggests these are basically variables you can use elsewhere in the Application Object properties)
