This was all software provided by HP on the Tru64 website. Some of it was moved from the Associated Products CDs to the website, some are updated versions of what was delivered on those CDs, and others were only ever available for download.

Tools formerly available via the Linux and Tru64 UNIX Affinity Portability Tools (archive.org) website are available from a mirror of the HP FTP server: ftp.hp.com/pub/tru64unix/files/. This includes images of the v5.3 and v5.2 CDs plus downloads of individual applications.
The last release of Java for Tru64 UNIX was likely 1.4.2-9.
A number of earlier versions are available from ftp.digital.com/pub/DEC/DECinfo/java/ (mirror).
PARSEC Group built a selection of open source packages for Tru64 5.1 in 2016. These are available from the PARSEC website and mirrored here.
